John Doyle is a biomedical entrepreneur and medical device distribution executive with decades of experience supporting surgeons, hospitals, and clinical teams throughout the Gulf South. As founder of Precision Surgical Solutions, he focuses on bringing innovative surgical technologies to market while building strong partnerships with physicians and healthcare systems.
Known for his hands-on clinical support and deep product expertise, John works directly with surgeons and operating room teams to ensure new technologies are implemented effectively, improving both patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.

With more than two decades of leadership in medical device sales, surgical support, and healthcare consulting, John has built a reputation as a trusted partner to surgeons and hospital administrators. Through Precision Surgical Solutions, John has represented and distributed technologies from leading medical manufacturers in spine, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and regenerative medicine markets.
His experience spans everything from territory development and physician training to operating room support, cadaver lab education, and strategic product launches.
Academic Publishing & Industry Leadership
John Doyle previously served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Southern Academic Press, a medical publishing company focused on advancing education in spine surgery, neurosurgery, and interventional pain management.
Through Southern Academic Press, John helped produce peer-reviewed surgical journals and educational publications in collaboration with leading physicians, medical programs, and industry innovators. Publications included The Journal of Neurosurgical Review and specialized compendiums focused on minimally invasive spine and pain procedures.
These publications featured contributions and editorial leadership from nationally recognized physicians and institutions, including LSU Health Sciences Center’s Department of Neurosurgery, and were supported by major medical technology companies such as Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, and Boston Scientific.

He previously launched MedAssurance, a healthcare revenue cycle consulting service designed to help physician practices improve collections and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, John led sales and operational teams in distribution organizations across the Gulf South, consistently achieving record growth and building high-performing sales teams.
His ability to combine clinical knowledge with business strategy continues to drive the success of Precision Surgical Solutions today.
Before entering the medical device industry, John served in the United States Army Infantry as an expert marksman before joining the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
As a Deputy Sheriff assigned to street crimes and SWAT divisions, he developed the discipline, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills that continue to guide his professional career today.
John was recognized as Police Officer of the Year and played a role in rebuilding the Jefferson Parish Street Crimes Unit following Hurricane Katrina.
